Joe Lombardo made selling my townhouse the a most pleasant and WORRY FREE experience!! I was relocating and didn't have much time for much of anything. He came very prepared with past, current and projected sales and pricing in the neighborhood. I moved to MD and left my home in Joe's hands. Literally 2 weeks after moving out Joe got a full price offer on the house. He took care of everything in NJ so I could concentrate on my new job in MD. All the little things that needed to be done for inspection etc. he did, all the while keeping me abreast of each development. Joe is just a spectacular Realtor and an awesome person!
