The Mayernik group helped us buy our house and sell when we needed to move. We had an incredibly easy time thanks to their expertise! They helped us find a home that was perfect for our family, and strategize to make a bid we were comfortable with and ended up being competitive and successful! They supported us whenever we needed throughout our 2 year stay in the house by providing community recommendations for all kinds of services. We knew they were the right team to help us sell, and they again made us feel so comfortable with the process. They gave us great recommendations to get the house ready to stage, handled all the work to get photos completed and generate interest in the listing, and finally found us the best position to negotiate as sellers. They continued to go above and beyond by mediating between us and the buyers. We are so appreciative of their work, and the experience we had with buying and selling our first home!

Darlene and her team provided outstanding service as we sold our family home. She handled all facets of the sale starting with prelisting to after closing. Her knowledge and expertise in helping us through the sale was amazing. She answered all questions throughly and immediately for us. Darlene was a pleasure to work with and exceeded our expectations.
