Team Mayernik not only met, but exceeded our expectations when recently orchestrating the sale of our mother's home! From our initial consultation, Darlene and Mark offered guidance and support throughout the process-from prepping the home through listing and ultimately, settlement. They were very responsive and went above and beyond in many facets- from providing referrals, to dealing with inspection, working with the township, to the HOA and even the utility companies. Darlene and Megan are the best of the best! My wife and I partnered with Darlene to buy our first home in 2021. Despite it being an incredibly difficult time for home buying Darlene made sure we were comfortable and helped us get exactly what we wanted. More recently, Darlene helped me find a tenant for a rental property. After reaching out for help, Darlene found a well qualified tenant within a week! I cannot recommend her services enough and will certainly be using her for any future real estate transactions.
