My wife and myself were both very comfortable with Clausen realtor,especially our agent Ian Clausen. He was very knowledgeable of Marco Island there was no pressure and we always felt he was looking at our best interest.

Ian is amazing in all aspects of real estate. He is extremely knowledgeable about Marco Island and Naples. We aren't quite ready to buy yet, just wanted to get a feel for the market. When we are ready, we wouldn't consider using anyone but Ian.

When I first arrived to look for property, I was unfamiliar with Marco Island and wasn't sure what I was looking in a home. After asking lots of questions and showing me different types of houses in different areas of the island, Ian was able to help me find the perfect home for my needs. I found him to be very knowledgeable of Marco Island and the surrounding areas. Whenever I had a question - whether a referral for an electrician or the best place to grab a cocktail and watch the sunset - Ian was always available with answers. He took the time to show me around the area and show me restaurants, shopping, night time hotspots and recreational areas. Even after closing on the house, Ian has been available and willing to answer questions and point me in the right direction. Every aspect of my home purchase went smoothly - from the offer, negotiation, building inspection to the closing. My closing was long distance and I was very comfortable knowing that Ian had it covered for me. I fell in love with Marco Island and soon contacted Ian again to help me purchase another home for investment purposes. This was a different type of purchase for me and Ian was again able to offer sound advice and help me find the perfect property. I would definitely contact Ian for any of my future real estate needs!
