Working with Stacy to sell our house was a great experience. We were nervous and did not know what to expect but Stacy put our minds at ease and made the whole process very easy. From the very first text to her, we knew she was the right person to sell our house. Stacy was very responsive and answered every text and phone call immediately. Stacy was with us every step of the way. Her vast knowledge of the area and real estate made us confident we would sell our house quickly. In our humble opinion, Stacy is the best in the business. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Stacy. She is very responsive and easily answered any questions I had. This was my first time buying a home in NY and the process was quite different than my previous experience and she clearly explained what to expect offer to closing. Stacy was also able to make helpful referrals for other service providers I needed during the home buying process.

We are beyond happy with Stacey McFadden's service. She fulfilled our expectations to the nth degree. We were initially referred to Stacey by a friend after having my mother's house on the market for seven month's with no activity whatsoever. He said, "List it with Stacey and she will sell it in a week". It didn't take that long. We had serious offers within days and the house was sold. We had similar experience in selling our Aunt's home. The price was bid up the first weekend and sold. Stacey kept us in the loop throughout the process and everything went as she said it would. I have no reservations about recommending Stacey McFadden to anyone.
