He skillfully guided me through follow-up negotiations after inspection, resulting in terms that I was extremely happy with. Chris Moore helped me buy my home a handful of years ago, and I couldn’t imagine going with anyone else when it was time to sell. He was realistic and measured about timing and pricing, and both he and Cade were fantastic in guiding through preparing the house and communicating showings and other information. Chris Moore and Cade Moore have been excellent to work with. They are professional and attentive to the sellers' needs and wants. They also provide expert advice on how to sell a house effectively. These men are so knowledgeable about their craft that we have had them sell two of our homes. For the most recent sale, we received a multitude of showings in just one day and received an offer within two weeks, which closed in a record month.
