If you don’t hire her you are making a mistake. Knows ins and outs and does what she says! Very personable and responsive. Walked us through the process from pictures to closing. We will definitely be return clients and know we have made a friend for life!

Jo was vey helpful in all aspects of the purchase of our house. She was responsive to our needs and went out of her way to make the purchase as easy as possible . The amount of time and effort she invested in helping us was greatly appreciated.

Jo has awesome response times with anything we asked. We appreciated how laid back she is and not pushy just to make a sale in order to make sure we found a house that we loved. Her continued follow up even after the deal with checking on how our family was doing with the move meant so much as well. She stood up when we had concerns and made sure we were taken care of, I’d highly recommend her for if you are in the market house shopping.

Jo helped us through it all and was very patient. She answered every question we had, helped ease any doubts with the whole process, and definitely made the hectic experience of buying our first home, a very memorable one!
