I would highly recommend Dan Orlando. He was an absolute lifesaver for me handling the simultaneous house sale in Exeter and home purchase in Rochester. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and prompt in following through with necessary information and communications with numerous other participants involved in the process. He went over and above in getting me out of a very bad living situation. Great teamwork!

Dan has been working with us diligently for the past six months and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Our search radius was pretty big, between NH and MA, and the market wasn’t easy to navigate, but Dan was extremely patient and supported every option we wanted to see. We put in two offers before finding the perfect home for us, and even through the ups and downs, he kept us hopeful and motivated to keep looking. He guided us through the whole process, offered thoughtful advice based on his experience, and helped us negotiate so we were making smart moves along the way. We’re incredibly grateful for all his help and dedication. In the end, he helped us score our dream home and we couldn’t recommend working with Dan enough!

Sherry is who you want on your side when buying and selling a house. I used her for both and would do it again in a second. Selling my house was smooth but buying was not. It took me a long time to find what I wanted and Sherry and her team stuck by me and reassured me I would find what I was looking for. Then I did but it was a tough transaction as the sellers and their agent were uncooperative. Sherry was always professional, honest and gave great advice to get us through to closing. You would be foolish to not work with her and her team.
