Mike has helped us with an investment property we bought and sold, as well as selling our beach home. He’s knowledge of the market and real estate laws is impressive. He is always willing to go the extra mile to assist. We were 100 miles away, when we made our last transaction and he covered everything for us. Our experience with Mike McQuade was second to none. My husband and I were buying our 1st home. Mike must have showed us at least 60 different homes. We lived about an hour away from the area we were looking to buy, so each weekend we would come down and look at 5 to 7 houses. We would tell him what we thought of them, we would tell him what was missing and what was good, and he would have 7 or 8 more qued for the next weekend until finally we found our perfect family home. Mike worked for us, meaning, he was very clear in letting us know he was there to help us find the home that was perfect for our family and he did just that! 6 years later we are still very good friends with Mike and talk with him on a regular, great realtor, and even a better person.
