Sheri was phenomenal to work with. We were in town for 3 days and needed to work quickly to find a house. She knows the area very well, was extremely responsive, and took all the time that we needed to find the house that would work for us. Sheri is a top notch realtor and I would definitely recommend her!

Sheri Lipsey is an amazing realtor. We didn't think our house would even sell, as it needed some serious work. But Sheri went above and beyond and not only sold our home quickly - but for a greater amount than we thought possible. We had never sold a home before, and her professionalism and experience was of great benefit to us. We enjoyed working with her. Sheri is extremely knowledgeable and always kept us up-to-date with everything we needed to know during the entire process - which was quick, efficient and very professional. We would definitely highly recommend Sheri because we KNOW she can produce the results.

Very professional and easy to communicate with during each call. Went out of her way to help with transferring power, water and electricity into my name. Helped on the day of the closing with AC questions and corrections.
