Colin is the best in the region for a reason. We had the pleasure of both buying and selling a home in Columbus, MS with Colin, and through both processes he was extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and responsive. We really enjoyed working with Colin. Buying and Selling a house can be overwhelming and time consuming. Even if it’s not your first time, things can come up. And they did. He told us more than once, “Let's define the problem, before we try and solve the problem” His connections and experience saved us time and money $$, and his skill and preparation show why he’s a leader in his profession. Colin generated a LOT of interest in our house very quickly. We had multiple offers come in and he negotiated flawlessly. He was able to get more for our house than we ever expected. He acted professionally and was always happy to answer any of our questions. I had not know Colin previously but have now already recommended him to family and friends.
