I reached out to Tracie Carlton about my needs of finding a condo or townhome for my mother. She was available anytime I needed her, made sure that her schedule was available due to my crazy work schedule/life schedule and we did find the perfect home and location for my mother. I have used Tracie in the past and will continue to use her in the future.

Realtor of the year, in my opinion. Flawless execution. Some realtors just want clients to make a quick decision, not Tracie Carlton. Tracie was patient with my home buying process, as a buyer this is what I wanted from my realtor. I was not a quick decision maker, plus I was not local, everything I seemed to like was sold before I had a chance to look. She understood what was important to my family and helped keep my focus. Tracie Carlton made sure I had all the facts in my home selection. She was well prepared for every showing and did not hesitate to investigate all concerns and questions. If and when I decide to make another purchase, she will be my choice.

This was the most amazing experience! Our realtor responded very quickly to our initial request to sell our property. Her name is Tracie Carlton. She took our request seriously and worked diligently. Every detail was covered and taken care of which paid off. The land was only posted one day, and it SOLD! I am thrilled beyond measure. She followed up and made the close complete. From the time it was on MLS to us getting our check was about 2 weeks!!!!
