I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tracie Carlton twice now, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Tracie is incredibly patient, always available to answer questions, and consistently offers thoughtful, knowledgeable advice. She made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable. Her dedication and professionalism are truly unmatched. If I ever need a realtor again in the future, there’s no doubt I’ll be calling Tracie!

I reached out to Tracie Carlton about my needs of finding a condo or townhome for my mother. She was available anytime I needed her, made sure that her schedule was available due to my crazy work schedule/life schedule and we did find the perfect home and location for my mother. I have used Tracie in the past and will continue to use her in the future.

Realtor of the year, in my opinion. Flawless execution. Some realtors just want clients to make a quick decision, not Tracie Carlton. Tracie was patient with my home buying process, as a buyer this is what I wanted from my realtor. I was not a quick decision maker, plus I was not local, everything I seemed to like was sold before I had a chance to look. She understood what was important to my family and helped keep my focus. Tracie Carlton made sure I had all the facts in my home selection. She was well prepared for every showing and did not hesitate to investigate all concerns and questions. If and when I decide to make another purchase, she will be my choice.

This was the most amazing experience! Our realtor responded very quickly to our initial request to sell our property. Her name is Tracie Carlton. She took our request seriously and worked diligently. Every detail was covered and taken care of which paid off. The land was only posted one day, and it SOLD! I am thrilled beyond measure. She followed up and made the close complete. From the time it was on MLS to us getting our check was about 2 weeks!!!!

Shelia got us through what a best be described as a difficult selling experience. The marketing tools she used were excellent - I loved the video tour of the house and the drone footage showing the neighborhood. Shelia provided a lot of encouragement and practical help with selling our house. The house was under contract four times and three of those contracts were cancelled. For someone trying to sell a house, a contract cancellation is such a disheartening experience. Each contract generated a separate inspection with different requests for repairs. We had already moved 350 miles from Anderson, so Shelia stepped in and helped with finding contractors and checking that the necessary work was done. She was so encouraging and so very communicative. Her perseverance in difficult circumstances paid off - we sold the house for a price we were very happy with! I am so glad that the Shelia and her team were our realtors. I don’t believe that you will find anyone more committed to their clients than the Shelia Newton team at C. Dan Joyner Realty.
