Ala and her team are just awesome! Amy sold us our new home in an awesome neighborhood and Ala sold our other home for top dollar! Ala and her team are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and go getters!! They always kept us in the loop with both buying & selling the properties. She was very friendly, helped us through the process of buying our house as a family member. Recently we were invited for Denver downs fun in the farm event. We enjoyed the event and it was fun.

We had a fabulous experience with Chappelear and Associates! They sold out home well above asking price very quickly. They have kept in touch with us since and were extremely helpful during the whole process as we were first time sellers. I will definitely be using them again if we decide to buy/sell in the future.

We have bought, built and sold 3 different properties for a total of 6 separate transactions with Ala and Craig. They are incredibly professional, have extensive knowledge of both the negotiation process and inspection reports, and give excellent advice on pricing your property. As a buyers agent, Ala is in total control of negotiations and you never get “lost in the shuffle”. The client is the top priority at all times and customer service like that is what you need when choosing a real estate agent!
