Not only did she help me find the perfect investment property, but she also negotiated a substantial discount off the asking price and ensured that necessary repairs were covered. Her extensive knowledge of the Greenville and Anderson areas was invaluable, and she expertly guided me through the entire process. I felt confident that she was fighting in my corner every step of the way, even after closing, by assisting with contractors. On one occasion, we were unsure whether the home was connected to sewer or septic. Veronica promptly arranged for the county to perform a free dye test the same day, which saved me over $500 in inspection fees. I can't thank her enough for her dedication and hard work. From the moment we made contact with this realty company and specifically Veronica Schofield we were impressed. Great communication (so important in this business!), willingness to listen to our wants/needs in a house and fantastic follow-up. Every interaction has been polite and professional. Veronica was especially helpful in keeping us apprised of new homes on the market and in negotiations with the purchase. Appreciate them so much especially since this was a move to a new state! Highly recommend!

Veronica is INCREDIBLE! Without her, we would not have found our new home, and we certainly would not have made it to closing. She is experienced, extremely responsive, very knowledgeable, and she listened carefully to our needs and wants. My husband and I felt confident with her by our side. She even gave us a ride when we got a flat tire! Veronica is amazing, and we highly recommend her!

Veronica did an amazing job finding properties that met our criteria. She was flexible and made viewing properties easy for our schedule. Once we chose a house to put an offer on, she worked through negotiating, and got the property for us at the price we wanted! She continued to help get us through our due diligence period.
