Working with Shay has been the absolute best experience. We can’t recommend working with her enough! As first time home buyers, we relied a great deal on her extensive experience and wisdom. She would point out things about a prospective home that we had never considered and were definite red flags for our wants/needs. Her background in construction was invaluable as my husband was very hesitant about the potential of what a little reno could do for a home and our price point, making us feel comfortable about the idea. No question was a dumb question, and trust us, we had many. Shay also provided great/trustworthy 3rd party contacts (lenders, insurance, contractors, etc). We felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole process and ended up with our perfect home all thanks to Shay and Anna!

Shay is incredibly knowledgeable and patient with first time home buyers. Coming from out of state, my husband and I knew nothing about the area and were nervous about purchasing our first home. A friend recommended Shay and we reached out to discuss the pros and cons as well as our goals. Shay gave us a comprehensive breakdown of housing options and explained the process in simple language that we could understand. She was always happy to answer questions and made sure we had considered every piece of information before we made our decision. With her help we found the most beautiful home where we are excited to start our family and grow with the community. We cannot thank her or praise her enough!

Shay is outstanding. She took the time to understand what we wanted in a house and focused on helping us find something we love. At the same time, she gave us a lot of tips about what gives a home value and what will pay off in the long run when comparing different options. Also, she's honest. She'll tell us when a home is is overvalued or of poor build quality even if we show interest. Overall, Shay got us into a house we love for a good price and in a relatively short amount of time. If you're looking for an agent, look no further.

Shay is absolutely amazing. I loved working with her, and she made me feel very confident in my first home purchase. She walked me through the entire closing process and took the time to answer all my questions (both morning and night!). Even though I had an incredibly tight timeline, the process was not nearly as stressful as I thought it was going to be. She is incredibly responsive, gets things done quickly, and has invaluable expertise. I will definitely be returning to Shay for my future home ownership needs.

I am so fortunate to have worked with Shay on the closing of my first home. Relocating from the Northeast without much knowledge on Austin real estate, I quickly realized from the first few conversations with her that I would be in good hands and that her career success was no accident. She navigated a very tricky period from purchase agreement to close with care and got me the very best deal she could. Post-close, she is still helping me coordinate things to fix the house up prior to move in. Her network of local home inspectors, technicians, and handymen has proven invaluable throughout the entire process. If you are moving to the Greater Austin area, I cannot recommend Shay enough.
