Sharon far exceeded our expectations when it came to buying our first home. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the market in the area we were looking to buy, she was very responsive and flexible with scheduling showings (as soon as same day or the very next day), she communicated well and worked quickly. She’s also very warm and friendly and incredibly kind to our young kids who tagged along to showings and open houses. She’s become a friend during this process and will recommend her to other people! Thank you, Sharon!!! You’re the best!

Sharon was fantastic! She was so helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable! We worked with her for a couple months before finding our home and she didn’t stop once! Coincidentally, she knew the homeowner who owned our home before we purchased it, which made it extra special for the both of us! We fell in love with it instantly and she went above and beyond going back and forth with the lenders, and the sellers agent to get the best deal possible for us especially with our limited budget. Unfortunately, we had a pretty bad experience with the title company, but she was there to answer all of our questions and keep us in the loop when they failed at doing so. She had the best people for all of our inspections, and she even got them to come on Sunday for us! She knew everything the inspector was going to kick back on and got permission for us to fix it all to help it go as smooth and as fast as possible! Right before we closed, she called about a mistaken city transfer charge we were billed and saved us almost $700! We would’ve had no idea if she hadn’t of caught it. There was an additional mistake on the titles side her preferred lending partner caught and paid for in order for us to close on our scheduled date. Overall, it really was the best experience possible for our first time buying a home, it didn’t even feel like it! If we ever were to sell and purchase another home, she would be the one I’d call. I definitely will be recommending her to anyone who mentions buying/selling.

We are fortunate to have met Sharon on Zillow. She is energetic and pleasant to work with. She is not only knowledgeable about the community but also has a lot of connections with services we would need for our new house. She is very efficient and responsive. We bought the first house we toured together and closed the sale in 18 days. Sharon is fabulous at what she does. We will work with her again in the future for buying our next home.

Look no further,,, i can not say enough compliments about Sharon! Sharon worked tirelessly on both my new house purchase and old house sale. Her expertise shined and I was able to sit back, listen and implement her recommendations. The outcome was the acquisition of my beautiful new home and the sale of my old house nearly 50k over asking price. Sharon was always available for questions and assistance. She had so many resources, and was there whenever I asked, with such a positive attitude that it made the process a positive one all-around. I will be strongly recommending her to my friends and family.

Words can’t describe how great Sharon is. She came recommended by my aunt when we moved to the area from the Bay Area 5 years ago, and she did such a great job we used her to sell our current home and help us find our new one. She is extremely knowledgeable and communicative. She always goes above and beyond to make the whole buying and selling process seamless. I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home.
