Shannon is great and went above and beyond with giving us great information on things going on in town, food recommendations and activities near our new house for ourselves and family. She was patient with us during every step of the way and had phenomenal communication skills. She made sure we got what we needed and closed on our new home in a prompt manner as I had just had my baby 4 days prior. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Stan was the best thing that could have happened to us during the home-buying process! We were first-time buyers and we felt like any language related to real estate was in hieroglyphics and that we had absolutely no idea what we were doing. Stan took all the stress off our shoulders and made it as easy as 1-2-3. He sat us down and explained everything we should expect all the way through, being honest and upfront about everything, and when we inevitably forgot or started to get overwhelmed, he patiently explained the process again. He let us know what to expect every step of the way and checked in on us regularly to make sure we had what we needed and kept up with deadlines. He quickly picked up on our style and desires in a home (even when we complicated it with our competing as a couple), adjusting as we did, and all the best ones we saw were at his suggestion. He was patient and helpful, yet transparent and realistic, when we were indecisive, nervous, and disorganized. He never tried to push us or sugarcoat anything, but stepped back and let us make the choices authentically, with his guidance. In the end, the perfect home for us ended up being something we had never thought of that Stan suggested. I would have never imagined us being able to buy a house and we could never have done it in a million years without Stan. I felt like I could hand him the reins at any moment in the process and trust 100% that he would take care of us even better than we could ourselves. He has been more than a realtor for us, but a true and trusted friend. We will be inviting him over to our beautiful new home!

I would say both Stan and Shannon are not only trustworthy and amazing realtors, but they are some of the most friendly and caring people. Every step of the way they walked us through the process, answered our questions, and made us feel confident and comfortable with the process.
