Pam did a great job helping my wife and I purchase our first home! We got in contact with Pam after a great review from a friend. We texted her and she helped us figure out what we were looking for. She helped us tour and weed out about 20 different homes over the course of a couple months. She was very patient with us as first time buyers. We also got refered and set up with a great lender while we used non traditional credit. We also got contacts with a great and affordable inspector. She knew the area (south side ATL). We toured places inside and outside the perimeter. She was very responsive and would always respond the same day, often within minutes. She helped us negotiate our price and get closing costs covered snd get below market value and helped us navigate a closing delay (bc of the seller). She was there at closing and got us a great gift basket. She’s very nice and personable. I’d come back if we need to sell or buy another home.

Realtor Pamela Spears is amazing! From the very 1st encounter, she hit the ground running. She was honest about the properties we reviewed. She paid attention to the details we were asking for. I had a wonderful experience with Standish as my realtor! She was proactive with communication, responsive when I had questions, and supportive when I needed help navigating different situations.
