Bridget was a fantastic real estate agent that helped guide us through the whole process of selling our home and buying a new home!!! She was great at negotiations and we had many bumps in the road with the seller and she navigates us through it. Great with following up and staying on top of any issues that arises. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent!!

My experience with the Chance Adamson Team was very rewarding. Vanessa the office manager was very encouraging and enthusiastic each time I spoke with her, while Stephanie my agent was highly motivated, skilled and utterly professional . Chance delived exactly what he told me he would do. This is a great team.

Stephanie was very knowledgeable, not only with real estate but she kept me informed about the loan processing every step of the way. Her communication was top notch and she answered every question that we had about the process.

I would highly recommend Chance Adamson to anyone looking to sell their home. My only word of caution would be that you better be sure because he will sell your home faster than you ever thought possible. I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received.

Stephanie Williams was the absolute best. Stephanie has been the most incredible agent to work with. Her knowledge and expertise is tip top. I never had a question that she couldn't answer. She knows how to negotiate and get exactly what you're looking for. I have already been referring her to friends and coworkers. I couldn't have been more happy with an agent and in the future, I will choose Stephanie again and again. Absolutely the best agent I have ever worked with.
