Shane was absolutely wonderful. He made us feel at ease with such a large purchase. When touring homes, he was transparent with us, never tried to sell us on one property or another but help decipher pros and cons of each place. He stuck with us during the last 3 years and we are so appreciative. He and the lender made the closing process incredibly smooth, we even closed early.

I'd still give him 5 stars even if he weren't my brother. I found a great home, in the part of the city I wanted to be in, with a great financier AND Shane got me a nice big discount on the original asking price. I couldn't be happier.
