Lea Deo of The Hern Group was a terrific (seller's) agent. In every instance, she provided every service she offered. And while we sold to a cash buyer, the time from the first day of the listing to the closing date was two weeks. In that time, not only did Lea get the house sold at the current market price (which exceeded the asking price), she also arranged the clean-out service. From my perspective, the convenience of "one-stop-shopping" was never better provided. Lea was extremely easy to work with and I'd recommend her services to anyone.

Great folks, we immediately received attention on our home. Great pictures and presentation. We had 23 people through our house in 8 days. Received an offer, tons of negotiation and nine amendments to contract, issues of inspection and timing for closing. Ellen was always positive despite our stress and angst.
