Jim tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge as a first time homebuyer, I put my trust into this man and he had me sign papers and I didn’t know what I was signing, I had both FHA and conventional approval letters, he pushed me towards FHA which is not the best option for myself but a better option for him financially, he pushed me towards his lenders which were not giving me the best deals, this man is seriously shady, first time homebuyers beware, When I asked him to release me from my Realtor exclusivity he wanted me to pay him, he wanted some type of money to release me, this man is very greedy first time homebuyers beware

Jim is very attentive. He always promptly returned calls whether it was the night, weekend, whenever. He didn’t push us to list but was right there when we were ready. He went out of his way to print out a contract and deliver it to us when our printer was not working. (On Father’s Day). He was efficient and easy to work with.

As a homeowner who sold my home due to the death of my husband, Jim was very and patient and understanding. He walked me through each selling point and updated emails frequently. Jim went over and beyond helping me when closing on my home by taking me to the realty office. I would recommend Jim to anyone wanting to sell their home to a honest and and patient realtor.

I loved working with Jim and his team! They were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed to do to get what we wanted out of the sale. He was with us every step of the way, including answering questions on the weekends! I highly recommend working with them on your home whether your buying or selling.

Jim is absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond and really cares about making your process as simple as possible. Hes very knowledgeable and knows what’s best for his buyers and sellers. I’m out of state and makes me feel like I’m not buying or selling out of state just by how well he’s able to communicate, which is key! I had doubts I’d be able to sell my house fast and he made it happen and it truly impressed me. His passion is deep in real estate and I plan to continue to work with him for a long time! I thank him and his team for my success, couldn’t have done it with out them!!!!
