The vacancy of my rental house had dragged on so long, I decided to sell it. Because I’d been warned that it was the wrong time of year to do so, I was ready to sell it to a flipper. Fortunately, a former colleague highly recommended Seth Davidson to me. After explaining my situation to him, Seth offered to look at it for me, under no obligation. He told me what he’d pay for it as a flipper, but told me he thought I’d do much better selling it. I expressed my huge concern about having it linger vacant on the market over the winter. This was complicated by the fact that I live almost 2000 miles away and do not travel. When Seth went to look at it, the promised lock box did not exist! I’d been locked out of my own house. He offered to change the locks for me, again, with no commitment. After doing so, he felt confident that he could sell it for a good price within a month. And he did! I was thrilled! From start to finish, it amazed me that Seth was always lightning fast in communication, be it email or phone. He was wonderful to work with and it felt like a partnership. He didn’t tell me what to do, how much to ask, etc. He offered all scenarios and gave me his experienced opinions on each. We discussed the various options, including pricing strategy. Given how panicked I was, I was truly impressed with his honesty and integrity. He could have capitalized on my panic and told me things to sway me towards selling it to him at a flipper price, but he didn’t. If you want to sell a house, give Seth a call. You’ll be glad you did.

Seth was wonderful. He made the process of selling my father's house so easy there were no worries at all. From beginning to end Seth was there with answers to all my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is selling a house.

Seth provided outstanding service assisting us in the purchase of a single family home. His experience in with local market helped us determine the right home for us. He was very patient with us with all our questions. Seth is available any time of the day and responds promptly. It is also important to mention that he has a very good team and connections that help us expedite many things as needed. Seth did an excellent job in selling my home in a short amount of time. My family and I were moving to a house cross country, and I was going to wait until after we finished that move to list my home. But following Seth's advice we listed and had multiple offers by the first weekend. We were even able to sign our closing documents beforehand so we didn't have to fly back. It took 23 days from signing with Seth to closing, and, over asking price. I highly recommend Seth Davidson.
