Overall, my experience with Sean was great. He was very responsive, even returning calls from his vacation. He was brutally honest, and forthcoming. His knowledge of the area, the area” history and skeletons was helpful. His building expertise was also helpful.

We had our home listed with 3 different agents and Sean is by far the best agent we have worked with. He has exceptional knowledge of his role. Sean knows the area and understands his clients as well as the market. He is not pushy or dictatorial and makes the challenge of selling more palatable. Sean does not need to be reminded-when he says he will do something-consider it done! Sean is responsive to his clients needs and stands behind you from sign up to closing. I would work with Sean on my next sale!!

Sean was wonderful to work with. I was new to the area and Sean's knowledge of local neighborhoods and areas was extremely helpful. I also really appreciated that he had a solid knowledge of proper construction and building practices.

Sean was very patient with us, learned about what we were looking for and went on an annoying amount of walk-throughs that we pushed for with us even if he knew it didn't fit out discription. In the end we went through some heartache with someone outbidding us but it ended up with us finding a house that best fit our needs through Sean. Courteous, thorough and dedicated to finding something for us that fit our budget and interests. Would highly recommend.
