I highly recommend Scott Van Son in both the buying and selling of properties. He has represented me in both capacities and the transactions were showcased well, negotiated well and closed without issue. I like Scott's style. Professional, but not high pressure or critical.

Scott does an awesome job handling everything that needs to be handled associated with getting the house ready to sell, listing, showing, negotiating and seeing the sale through to closing. He couldn’t have been the process of selling our home any easier. We have used multiple time and are extremely happy and he has always gotten us top dollar on our sales price!

Scott was amazing! He recently helped us purchase our first home in Cold Spring Harbor and honestly not sure how we could of done it without him. Scott was super personable and friendly from the start and he immediately had a sense of what we were looking for and made the process of house hunting fun and enjoyable.
