I randomly found Scott and I am so grateful I did.I live in PA and my fathers Co-op was in Fort Lee.Scott handled so much for me so I didn’t have to keep making the drive to NJ.He explained the whole process easily and he got the apartment sold very quickly.What impressed me the most and why I’d recommend him is how easy and comfortable I felt talking to him.He has that excellent quality that not many possess.I wish he lived in PA and could help me find a new home here for my family.Buying or selling real estate is a big deal and Scott made it an easy and pleasant as possible process.Thank You Scott I’m so grateful for your service!

It was such a pleasure to work with Scott. In this tough market for a buyer right now, Scott was always available for us and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our home buying process was a success. We had ZERO stress in buying a house because of Scott and his great team. Scott is very experienced, knowledgeable, and well connected with people so he always had answers to any question we had. Scott sold our coop in three months. He is attentive to details and always responds in a timely manner. Scott was knowledgeable in pricing apartment to sell. Highly recommended.
