Elisa is a superwoman realtor. I worked with her on a house where she was representing both buyer and seller. I must admit she navigated the negotiations extremely well, I could not have asked for more. She was always (literally) available and responsive. She helped me throughout the process, entertained a few of exceptional requests with a smile. She does not make the process complicated, trust me a lot of them do that. She was a godsend!

Elisa is a true professional. Extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and courteous. I was looking for a Condo and wanted to make a purchase as soon as possible. Elisa’s knowledge of the market helped me identify a property I liked and helped me establish a fair asking price I felt comfortable with. Her experience as a real estate agent was paramount in getting the condo under contract as quickly as possible. Elisa kept me updated the entire way making me aware of any changes/ updates or any paperwork that needed to be completed. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive and on top of her game, Elisa is your person. Cannot recommend her enough!

Elisa has everything we wanted in a realtor. She helped us sell our old home and found us our new dream apartment too. From the first day we met her we felt like she literally was a friend who cared deeply about our family and our search for a new home. She was on a mission to find us our place for our kids and us and she succeeded. Super patient, and showed us a lot of places that fit our vision. She is also a person who serves our community and kids on a regular basis and is just an all around great person. We would 100% recommend Elisa for any real estate needs.

We had met with probably 10+ realtors before finding Elisa. Elisa instantly impressed us with her knowledge of the particular homes we were viewing, real estate expertise, and kindness. She had clearly done her research putting a lot of time into preparation and was just an absolute delight to work with. Not only did she come prepared having spoken in length to the selling realtors/owners, she would follow up on anything unexpected with a quick turnaround. Elisa took the time to really understand our vision and what we were looking for in a home. She would point out easy upgrades and opportunities for us to add value to the property. There was one house we loved, and she literally crawled underneath it in the basement to show us signs of water damage! She wasn’t just looking for a quick sale, but truly had our best interest in mind and was looking for us to find our dream home. Ultimately, we did indeed find our dream home in Piermont, NY. Elisa could tell we loved the home, and went above and beyond to ensure we could experience the neighborhood. She took us to the downtown, the pier, and the local state park! She had lists of insider tips from local residence and made sure to give us the full picture. When it came down to negotiations, she was a true expert and helped ensure we got the house under market value (even during COVID surges!!) Elisa helped with every step of the process and has lists of lenders, inspectors, lawyers, etc on speed dial. (All of which were excellent and gave great deals/services since we were working with Elisa) I cannot recommend Elisa enough. She will make the process easy for a first time home buyer, and impress a real estate expert who has been through the process many times.
