Scott and Jill did an outstanding job pricing and selling our house. It was on the market for just a few hours before we already had a buyer. From the Beginning to the closing we were keep informed of where and when we would close. We had the advantage of knowing Scott and Jill before as they also helped sell my sons house last year. Scott and Jill helped sell our house after one person walked through it. They gave us pointers on how to stage our house by decluttering a lot of things. They along with their assistant Samantha was always right on top of everything going on. They all always had answers to all of our questions promptly

Scott and Jill were great to work with! My CA realtor put us in touch with them. They helped us through transitioning from CA to Ohio. They helped us find the perfect house, which wasn't easy considering we were in CA and they were on OH. After we bought the property Scott even went out of his way to make sure that the house was okay during heavy rain. They went out of their way to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. During the closing Kim even watched one of our dogs for us. Scott and Jill were able to answer all of our questions. They sent the information to get utilities turned on before we started traveling which helped a lot. We love our new home. I highly recommend Scott and Jill. I would definitely use Scott and Jill again.
