Working with Mary Jo felt like coming home. Not one time from beginning to end did we feel unsure or anxious. (Coming from a woman with a propensity for overthinking this is saying a lot!!) The day to day check list of items to do while under contract of a house was completed quickly and efficiently. Communication was rapid, clear and assuring. Those things are important in a real estate agent. But Mary Jo brings so much more to the job. Utterly effervescent. I actually am so bummed I won’t be buying another house with her because the process was as easy as breathing. So do me a favor and hire her. It’ll be the best decision you’ve made today.

I chose Mary Jo for my realtor because she was referred to me from a friend and she told me that I would not be disappointed. Boy, was she right! Mary Jo is absolutely amazing. I was not very knowledgeable on what I was doing or how to even get started with buying a house. She just took over for me and made the process easy and fun! She is aggressive with getting the buyer what they want and she got our bid in so quick and they happened to take our offer!! It was my dream home and I am so pleased with how easy it all was with Mary Jo's help. She was always around if I had questions or concerns no matter what time day or night and I would recommend her over and over to everyone I know! If you are looking to buy or sell she will be on your side and get the job done quickly and efficiently! She isn't just our realtor anymore she is family and a friend!

Mary Jo made sure everything went smoothly! This was my first time buying a home and she helped me understand what I needed to do and when. She was very responsive and informative, and helped me find the type of home I was looking for!

I met Mary Jo the first time when we set down to do our paperwork to start the process of selling our land and then purchasing our new home. She came highly recommended by a family member who had worked with her to sell their home. From the start I knew she was not only very professional but very friendly and going to be fun to work with. I already had some insight on that by my family member and that is why I chose to call her. She had a contract on our land within the week and we found our new home and had a contract on it within the month. She was there when we needed her to answer our questions or make appointments to show us a home. If she didn’t have the answer at that moment she got it and got back with us very quick which we sure did appreciate. Everything went great and we now are in the process of moving in. One of the best things I loved was the fact we had such a good time with her through the whole process. Mary Jo took a lot of the stress out by making it fun and easy as possible for all of us. Not only am I glad to call her my realtor but really glad to call her my friend! We would highly recommend Mary Jo to all our family and friends.
