Scott is a very friendly, professional, easy individual to work with. From the first time I met him, he was easy-going and made me feel comfortable. He took the time to show me some houses even though I did not have my house on the market yet and was moving from out of state. He kept in contact with me during the sale of my house and at one point, had a conversation with my Florida realtor. I never felt like he was pressuring me with any house we looked at. If i asked questions and he didn't know the answer, he researched it and got back to me. I feel that my house purchase experience with Scott was a very good one.

Scott was very knowledgeable, present, and available throughout the entire process. Scott is very professional, reliable, trustworthy, and friendly! He has a very good knowledge of the local real estate market and this was extremely helpful as I needed know some of the local regulations/situations. He was easy to reach and responsive all the time. He has very good negotiating skills and was able to navigate through some potential obstacles.
