Katie Cochran is, by far, the best realtor I have ever worked with. Katie reached out to us long before we were ready to sell, simply to establish a relationship and educate us on the local market. When the time came to sell, we were confident that Katie was the right person for the job, and we were not disappointed. Both our purchase and sale transactions were complicated, yet Katie steadfastly guided us all the way. Her knowledge & communication exceeded our expectations time and tme again. My husband and I can't thank Sarah enough for helping us find our forever home! Sarah went above and beyond from beginning to end of our home buying process. She is extremely knowledgable about the Fairfield area and even gave us tours of the different towns and neighborhoods. She spent countless hours with us whether it be driving around Fairfield county on the weekends or showing us listings on the weeknights. Sarah was always listening to our ideas, wants and needs and ultimately found us a home that checked many if not all of our boxes. Sarah is hardworking, honest and transparent- all qualities that made the home buying process less daunting than we had anticipated. Look no further than Sarah and her RW team to buy or sell your next home. Sarah is an excellent realtor for a myriad of reasons. She is dedicated to assisting you with your purchase or sale, and a great resource for general real estate/housing queries. Extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market from both a macro and micro perspective, her attention to detail and outside the box thinking is invaluable. Most importantly, in my opinion, she is transparent and honest in her approach. For some in the industry it is about the commission and turnover-not with Sarah. Any red flag or potential issue will not be intentionally overlooked or ignored. If a house isn't up to standards or she has a sense it is not a great fit, she will let you know with her characteristic charisma. More than a house, sarah works to sell you a future. I could not recommend any relator more than Sarah Pritchard!

We worked with Sarah to buy our home in the beach area of Fairfield. Sarah went to every length to ensure we go the best deal possible, she was patient and went above and beyond to research details that were important to us. We will definitely look to her again when we have our next move!
