Erica Acheychek is the best agent that my husband and I have ever worked with! She goes above and beyond and never forgets anything. She tracked down a 30-year old soil test for the property we just bought. She convinced a very reluctant seller to give us credit for several repairs that were needed. She also gave us referrals for a plumber, electrician, floor person, wallpaper, painters etc. The plumber and the floor person were both amazing and very reasonably priced! We really loved working with her and would definitely work with her again. We cannot say enough good things about how helpful she has been, especially since we moved to Westport from Pennsylvania. She is a wonderful person who helped us find our forever home.

Erica went above and beyond for us!! We ended up in a tricky situation, which seems to be real estate in general. Not only did she help us close the deal and secure the home my husband and I were in love with, but she was there for us every step of the way, and made sure all of our T’s were crossed and I’s were dotted. There is so much that goes into purchasing a house and Erica made it seamless! We would not be in our forever home without her work ethic, knowledge of the process, focus, and dedication!!

Erica was the perfect combination of top notch professional and down-to-earth. She never tried to pressure us into buying nor did she attempt to upsell a pig as a princess. Her knowledge of the local area was spot-on and very helpful, as we were shopping from afar. She’s a strong communicator, a pleasant personality, and very responsive; even, in our case, when she left for a previously scheduled vacation to Costa Rica—she still called and texted answers to questions without delay. If you live in CT and are thinking of selling a home, or if you’re looking to move TO Connecticut from out-of-state, look no further for all your realtor needs than Erica A. (I gave up trying to spell her last name long ago).

We previously worked with Erica to buy a home and recently worked with her to sell a home. Both times, she was exceptional. She handled every detail (big & small) and advised us the whole way through. She's honest and hardworking and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a top real estate agent. Erica's hard work has put is in the position to move on to our next home and we're so grateful to her for that.

We would recommend Erica highly. She really knows the market and helpfully guides you through the process of homebuying. But she's equally knowledgable about any upgrades, upkeep and anything else you might need to know when buying a home. Super easy to work with.
