We have worked with Sarah twice now. She listened to our needs and wants, and made them happen. Our 2nd time working with her, our house took a while to sell despite it showing 3-6 times per week. During that period, we were in constant contact and never felt out of the loop despite being out of state for the process. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. We would never use anyone else. Thank you Sarah!

We used Sarah as our realtor for buying our house and would highly recommend her. She was very knowledgeable in the area, type of house we wanted, and putting in a reasonable offer. She provided advice but gave us space to make our own decision. During the inspection process, she negotiated with seller more items to get fixed then we expected which we appreciated. Since we were new to the area, it was it was extremely helpful that she recommended different business to use that were needed in the process. She was quick to answer any questions we had and checked in with us after we bought the house. Again, we highly recommend Sarah and would use her again.

Sarah is the best realtor we've ever used. She and her team are very prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable. But even more, she is persistent and creative in figuring out how to close deals or work through issues in ways that I would never have thought of. I hope to never move again, but if I do, she will be helping me.
