Sarah and her team were fantastic partners throughout the process of selling our house. Sarah is responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. We left each conversation with her feeling that our questions were answered and that we were in great hands. Sarah and her team make sure that each part of the process runs smoothly. Tim answered my initial call and was excited to help us from the start. Sarah came to our house during the holiday season in order to help us get it listed as quickly as we could move on our end. Paula kept us up to date and informed of all of the scheduled events and was also a pleasure with whom to work. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we appreciate their help and guidance throughout the whole process. The whole team made us feel that they were rooting for us. None of our requests were met with anything other than accurate, quick, and positive responses. The team hosted an open house for us and advertised our place around the country. They pay a lot of attention to marketing and data. We received numerous offers on our house and went through each with Sarah on the days we received them. We just recently closed and used the title company recommended by Sarah. That process went smoothly as well. We highly recommend Sarah and Florida Life Real Estate and are grateful for all of their efforts.

I've seen it countless times viewing properties and being far from impressed with the agents. This is the first time I was truly impressed, you can tell Jeff is in real estate with a passion. We originally scheduled a viewing for a home last second thinking we would have to wait a couple of days for a response. Jeffrey immediately answered and scheduled us in that day just 2 hours later, his response time was immediate and more than convenient. Never once did he pressure us into agreeing to have him as our agent. After viewing the home and realizing how truly knowledgable he was on every single last question we had on a specific process we were unfamiliar with, had we then decided to ask "wow can you be our agent". The process of buying a home can be confusing because there are so many routes and steps u can take but I can assure you Jeff can simplify anything and always has the best course of action. Jeff and the team back at the office have a great website so anything like inspectors, insurance or contractors they will have a list of the best in the business. Its truly a one stop shop with Jeff and the Florida life real estate web site. Thankyou Jeff, you are an extremely knowledgable agent and we were more than impressed.

Tim went above and beyond to meet all of our wants and needs. He was on standby 24/7 and always had knowledgeable answers for us being first time home buyers. Tim always made sure to do things in our best interest. There was never a moment we felt pressured by him to just make a sale, he truly invest’s in his clients and that’s why people keep coming back. Tim, Loren Burns, and the rest of their team at Florida Life Real Estate Group was there for us every step of the way to help us in the right direction for our biggest financial purchase. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and appreciate everyone that was involved. We wish there was more stars to give because they truly deserve it.
