    I would not recommend this realtor. He initially called acting interested in helping me find properties but then disappeared without any follow-up or communication.

    I couldn't be happier with the entire process. Craig followed through with commitments, was clear with his communication, responded very quick to to all my questions, and went above and beyond from start to finish. I feel that his advice and expertise through out was the defining factor to getting our home sold fast and at our target price. After the contract was signed he continued to communicate and ensure that the closing went smooth. I would highly recommend Craig and we plan to use him the next time we need a real estate professional.

    Craig is like having a reliable friend who is a realtor. This is the first time we have met or worked together but he was so knowledgeable and helpful that it made the whole process very clear and concise for my wife and I. I highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs.

    The biggest compliment you can give a Realtor is repeat business. Craig sold us two homes and sold one for us. The "High Caliber" Realty firms, wanted us to list for $18,000 below what Craig sold our home for. Craig knows the market and got us the most we could get for it!!

    Professional and very knowledgeable of local real estate market. Our situation required a special marketing approach since Oak Hill is under the radar in terms of home sales and comps. The true investment value of the location was realized when Craig found the perfect match with the right buyers. He was very efficient in scheduling the necessary steps to close the property.
