I cannot recommend Sarah and Bre enough, from the very beginning to the very end they were so helpful. Everything moved fast, smoothly, and any questions we ever had were answered in a very timely manner. Sarah provided a lot of backend work to price our house just right and we were under contract within 48 hours! Bre showed us multiple homes, took us back for second showings, and helped us put together a competitive offer on the house we ultimately decided on. We just closed on a wonderful home in Columbia with the help of Breanna at Team Sarah. We had quite a list of "wants" for our home and Breanna worked diligently to help us secure the best possible home. She was super flexible with arranging showings and responsive on quick viewing for new listings. Communication was perfect with prompt text messages anytime we had a question or issue. Being new to the area we relied on Breanna to help us navigate the best option and location within our budget. Julie Carpenter was amazing! We moved from NJ to SC and she not only handled everything on the SC side, as expected, but also sent information as to the utility companies in our area, internet, trash removal, etc., oversaw the inspections, and was there every step of the way. When our NJ buyer's mortgage company dropped the ball, Julie was on the phone to everyone in NJ to expedite matters. When we couldn't close, and our truck couldn't unload us at our new home and we had to find another option because our moving company wasnt helping, she was very helpful with that as well. If it hadn't been for Julie, I don't know that we'd be in our new home. We highly recommend Julie.
