I can’t recommend Madison enough. She made this entire process so easy and stress free. I was so incredibly lucky to get her as my realtor. At this point everyone I know knows the name of the realtor who made my mission to buy a house a reality. As a first time home buyer with no idea what they are doing, having someone who could clearly see explain the process was essential. Madison did all that and more. Her explanations about the process were incredibly clear and detailed and even the included printed diagrams that she provided and used as a visual aid. I never felt like I couldn’t ask her questions about what was happening; and even without me asking questions, Madison was constantly providing information. Madison is punctual, friendly, and will fight for you during negotiations. For example, we had some issues with the house I ended up purchasing. There were various concerns about the home and she helped me organize my thoughts about these concerns and whether or not they were deal breakers or if she needed to negotiate with the seller on my behalf. When we decided to negotiate, she did wonderfully. Suddenly, the largest and most expensive issue is now repaired but the seller of a listing marked “as-is”. For any issues remaining she was able to provide me trusted contractors and schedule them to give me quotes. When I say she just handles everything, I mean it. Truthful all I had to do was make sure I signed what she sent me in a timely manner. I would also like to add that she took the time to explain what the documents meant before I signed them. Narrowing down my list of homes to look at was made so much easier by Madison. She took care to speak with me about what I wanted and didn’t want in a home and helped to narrow my search accordingly. This personalization of the process also helped me to really figure out what my dealbreakers were, and I can’t thank her enough for that. One of my favorite things about working with her was how honest she was. Madison is not afraid to speak her mind if she thinks something is concerning or maybe not the best idea. Knowing that she will speak up about negatives like this makes me even more confident in her opinions when she points out the positives in a home or situation. Having someone experienced in this industry and honest enough to explain their opinions is priceless, and I adore Madison for it. I could gush about how wonderful Madison is all day, but I don’t think I need to. Her skills as a realtor speaks for itself. If you want a realtor who truly works for you, then Madison is truly your greatest choice.

Madison is incredible. She is responsive, detailed-oriented, and always has her clients’ best interests at heart. As a first-time homebuyer, I was overwhelmed at the prospect of buying a home. But Madison helped me understand the process cover to cover, taking time to drive through countless neighborhoods, evaluate homes on the weekends, set up extra meetings with lendors and builders to help me better understand my options, and always negotiated for better value. She understood all my constraints and preferences and would oftentimes rule out houses I liked online because her local expertise meant that she knew I wouldnt like those homes. I ultimately closed in the very first development she ever showed me. Cant recommend Madison enough. She was my one-stop shop for months on end.

Sara was super knowledgeable of the area and made our home buying experience super simple! With us being from Michigan, we were unfamiliar with the area but she guided us in the right direction. Would use her over and over again. Communication was also quick as well.
