Sarah and Parker help us not only find our new home, but did such a great job, we had her sell our old one over a year later! She not only knew the NKY/OH market, but was able to jump into Lexington, KY , and sell our home above what we were hoping! Happy to host open houses, knew the exact time to hit the market, and made you feel like family!

Sara was excellent at her job, she was patient with us, plus she kept us very informed of the market while selling our house. We have never had an easy time selling a house but Sara stuck with us and was always positive about her process. We are very pleased with the outcome of sale and if we could use Sara again, we definitely would. We worked with Parker Mirus along with Sara but since he is still in the learning phase I wanted to give my review for Parker. Parker was really great to work with, he is polite, eager to follow his mother’s direction plus adding his knowledge and computer experience. We were able to see Sara’s expertise in action and Parker’s growing confidence and computer skills.

Sara and Parker Mirus were great to work with for the entire process. They were able to guide us towards what we were looking for and help us find our perfect house. Sara is very experienced and has a breadth of knowledge about the entire process as well as things to look out for while touring houses that we never would have thought of. Parker was very accommodating and made it easy for us to get a tour even on extremely short notice, which is essential in a fast moving market.
