I contacted Sandon Real Estate group about leasing my property. Chad met with me one hour later and was very professional. Their services included a photographer to help market the property. The photos of the property turned out great! The property was listed on a Friday and the following Friday a tenant had moved in. I would definitely recommend them.

Sandon's team did an excellent job with the sale of my house. They had a professional photographer take amazing pictures, marketed the house on Zillow days before it was listed, and priced it well for the area. Claudia (my agent), did a superb job working with the potential buyers and breaking down the details of multiple offers. The home sold quickly and the process was seamless. I highly recommend Sandon's team if you are considering selling or buying a home.

While researching agents on Zillow, I was lucky enough to find Sandon Real Estate Group. I engaged Sandon mid-December 2017 as buyer’s agent to assist with purchasing a property in the north Dallas area. Sandon’s associate, Jake, was super responsive and well informed about the market. He immediately dug into my specific needs and absolutely nailed property types and locations that might meet my requirements. In just six weeks, Jake helped me shop, negotiate and close on my new place!. What an incredible experience. Could not be happier. Highly recommend to anyone buying a home in the Dallas area. I also had the privilege of watching Sandon Smith in action as a prospective seller’s agent for a family member’s home. If I buy in Texas this is the only real estate agent I would go with. Sandon was quick on all fronts and made it very clear that he was there to serve me more than make money. House-buying in this area is extraordinarily competitive but Sandon made it stress free in finding us a home in the location we were looking for, putting us in touch with a mortgage company, communicating with that mortgage company, and finding us insurance on the home as well as car insurance since we moved in from another state. All in all Sandon made the whole experience stress free!
