We've been working toward buying a home for a long time, it's always been a goal of ours. We had friends who had an incredible experience with a Realtor, and recommended that we speak with Sam. We connected fairly quickly, but the timing still wasn't quite right for us. We kept in touch over the coming months though, and when we were ready to really start looking, Sam was right there with us ready to hit the ground running. This was our first home, and there were many hurdles, and we were glad to have someone looking out for us, helping us understand each step of the process and making sure we got what we deserved. The process went really smoothly, much more so than expected so many hurdles along the way, and the tension of negotiations lasted right up until the parking lot of the closing—but Sam had our back the whole time. He understood right from the beginning what we were looking for, and just how to get it. We can't recommend him and his team highly enough for their focused attention and expertise in guiding us home. Call Sam today!

This is the second time I have worked with Sam, both times Sam was knowledgeable, organized, professional and a pleasure to work with.We were able to sell my condo very quickly, and ALSO buy a home contingent on the condo sale in a crazy market. Lots of people are almost unable to buy with home sale contingency’s,and yet we got it done.

It would be worth your time and money to seriously consider working with Sam Abbott. His knowledge of the entire process and his interpersonal skills are impossible to beat. There was 8 offers on the house I purchased and we came out on top at exactly the price he suggested we offer. I wanted the house and I did not lose it. Choose wisely, choose Sam.

Sam Abbott was excellent from the beginning and even continued to help me with a couple details after closing. He responded to all my questions right away and never left me on hold. I would highly recommend Sam as a realtor.
