Michelle is truly a professional. Are you ready….wait…………...Michelle helped me NOT buy a house! She had more sense than I did to know it just wasn’t right for me. It was lovely and I might have even made it beautiful with another $150k. And living in chaos for another year……I cannot thank her enough. This lovely home belongs to a younger person than me, and Michelle helped me not make a huge mistake. I always be grateful. That’s what I call professional. She just wasn’t out to make a quick buck.

We worked with Michelle Carter for over 18 months while we considered relocating to a home closer to stores and services or stay in our existing home which we loved. She takes the time to understand her customers tastes, needs and preferences. She helped us with every part of the move from concept to arrival and afterwards. Michelle Carter treats everyone with dignity and respect. We whole heartedly recommend Michelle for selling a home, buying a home or both.

Michelle was terrific to work with. She always went the extra mile and then some in an effort to help us. She helped us with research, made helpful suggestions and acted extremely professionally while serving as a go between for buyer and seller. I would highly recommend using Michelle and I would use her again myself should the opportunity arise. She is very personable and of the highest character.

To say that Michelle went "above and beyond" would be an understatement. She is without a doubt the best and most helpful real estate professionaI that I have ever dealt with. I had a difficult situation. My mother entered a nursing home. I live three hours away and I needed to sell her house. Michelle helped in every conceivable way. She kept me on track and gave me clear instructions on everything that needed to be done. She was there to let people into the house when I couldn't be. She was hands-on in the best possible sense and her positive attitude kept me going through a very tough period. I couldn't have been more happy to have her as our agent and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

Michelle guided us through purchasing a home she was listing here in Peterborough. She was extremely knowledgeable in her field and was able to answer all of our many questions. She was very responsive to every phone call and email we sent. If she did not answer the phone, she returned the calls very quickly. In addition to being very professional, she was very kind, supportive and understanding. I would highly recommend her services.
