"Dave, I vetted four agents before selecting you to market my home. I choose you for a number of reasons. I have not had a real estate transaction in over 25 years. The "rules" have changed significantly. You were able to concisely explain the changes in terms I could understand. You presented a strategy for positioning the property and tactics to screen in/out prospective buyers. You were available to me during the entire process, calls were immediately and effectively handled. I was traveling overseas when the closing actually occurred. Once again, handled flawlessly. We contracted David 2 months ago to negotiate a home sale and purchase, and I honestly could not be more happy about his work. He was thorough, personable, and responded to any questions we had quickly. He went above and beyond to assure that our process was as smooth as possible, and his negotiations were instrumental in getting us great value for our sale, and a reasonable price for the home we then bought.
