A native of Sarasota, Florida, Ryan Zachos moved to Lynchburg, Virginia to attend Liberty University. While completing his bachelor's and master's degrees, he was promoted to the Director of Youth & Family for the YMCA of Central Virginia. We lucked out to find Ryan on Zillow. This was our first home and we purchased while living in Germany where I am stationed. He was extremely patient and was always willing to help. He was honest and told us the truth about homes we were interested in and neighborhoods. He made several trips to virtually show us home across the county and bent over backwards for us. Some realtors don't treat you as their number on client, well he did...even if I wasn't. I can promise you he will earn your trust as he did with me and he will be the realtor I go to when I buy again and would be willing to put my name on the line to refer him to family and friends. A true GEM!!
