Exceptional Realtor for Our Long-Distance Relocation Our family recently relocated from the Washington, D.C. suburbs to Omaha, Nebraska, and we were incredibly fortunate to work with Ryan Renner as our realtor. My wife and I had familiarity with Omaha, but trying to shop for a home, conduct inspections, and manage all the due diligence from a distance is no small task—especially with elementary school-aged kids and a home to sell on the East Coast. Ryan was simply fantastic throughout the process. He took the lead from day one: touring properties on our behalf and providing detailed, thoughtful video walk-throughs. What really set Ryan apart was his discerning, critical eye during these tours. He didn’t just show us the layout—he carefully pointed out roof types and their condition, age and state of the windows, and any risk factors we should consider. He also made sure we understood the condition of key mechanical systems like the AC, furnace, and water heater. That level of insight was invaluable for us buying remotely. Once we had settled on a home, Ryan continued to go above and beyond. He was instrumental in helping us negotiate and facilitate the closing post-inspection, ensuring the entire process went smoothly. Even after closing, Ryan helped us line up and manage work that preferably was done before we moved in. He organized bids, coordinated with contractors, and helped steer these projects while we were busy selling our Virginia home and packing up our family. It was a huge weight off our shoulders. Ryan was amazing when we looked at homes. He helped us look at each house to see if it would fit our needs. He listened to what we wanted and helped us purchase our 1st home! Ryan was above and beyond our expectations! We are so happy with our purchase !

Ryan was an incredible agent to work with. As a first-time home-buyer, I was unsure of how to navigate this whole process. Ryan exceeded expectations and was helpful throughout the entire process. He was always on time for showings, negotiated fairly yet aggressively for us, and has a wealth of knowledge of Omaha neighborhoods. We were able to secure the first offer we placed out of eleven total offers even though we did not initially have the highest offer. I highly recommend Ryan.

Ryan worked with my wife and I for over a year when we were looking for a house. He had a lot of knowledge of the properties, the areas, and helped us identify what we actually wanted. He was able to make great suggestions for pre-approval, insurance, inspections, and everything else we needed for the homebuying process. Not only that, Ryan has continued to keep his door open whenever we have a question about a project that we are working on or a repair we need to make. Ryan is very well networked, and he can give you great advice throughout the home buying process. We loved working with Ryan, and we will definitely work with him again! I recommend him to everyone of my family and friends whenever they are looking for a home.

Ryan was excellent to work with! We were moving from out of state and were worried about the process but Ryan handled everything perfectly. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend!
