Our experience could not have been more amazing with Dennis and Lisa. Our situation was dynamic and spanned over 6 months. Dennis provided exceptional guidance, support, and customer service during every step of the process. Dennis could not have provided us better support. His level of experience and skills helped us end up with our dream home without any additional stress in the process. Dennis had resources avaliable to assist us during and after our purchase that really streamlined the experience. We will be recommending him to anyone shopping in Nebraska.

This is the third time I have used the services of Lisa and Dennis Ritter. Dennis was a pleasure to work with. I was totally at ease through the property search and purchase process knowing he had everything covered. I had several family members assisting me and Dennis gave each of them the time and consideration as if they were actually making the purchase. The one thing I believe that sets Lisa and Dennis apart from most realtors is you can contact them long after a sell or purchase for resource and provider recommendations and realty questions.

My wife and I had to relocate to the Omaha area very fast and Dennis was/is fantastic to work with, extensive knowledge of the area, always willing to go the extra mile for whatever your needs are!

Dennis is amazing! We had to move out to the area from Colorado last minute, and Dennis made the process so easy while we were waiting on our house in CO to be under contract. Dennis is quick to respond, get answers, provide solutions and was patient with us while we figured out logistics. Thank you Dennis 10/10 recommend!

Dennis is an absolute pro. He was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the home-buying process as a first-time buyer. He was patient in the process and looking out for my best interests as a buyer and long-term owner. His goal clearly wasn't JUST to win - he wanted me to buy on my own terms, and he never pressured me to go beyond what was comfortable for me. The house I ended up with is excellent, and I can truly say that I wouldn't have gotten it without Dennis's insight - I had already rejected the asking price as too high to consider (in an already very competitive bidding market), and he put it back on my radar when he recognized there was an opportunity for an offer more within my budget. My hope is not to have to buy another house for a long, long time. But if and when I do, I want Dennis as my agent.
