Ryan and Jenni are the BEST! I spent close to a year trying to find a place in Traverse City (moving from IL) in the worst possible time (2021). I needed to find something I could afford and was functional for my family. My key factors were home functionality (I was looking for my "forever home"), price, and location. They stuck by me through it all! Endless viewings, virtual walk troughs, multiple offers submitted, etc. They continued to be optimistic when I thought all hope was lost; the 2021 school year was starting soon and I would have had to stay in IL until after it ended. They found me the MOST amazing house for me and my kids, amazing price, and amazing location. I put in an offer sight unseen (I had that much confidence in them). I'm so thankful I found Jenni and Ryan and would recommend them to everyone looking to buy or sell their real estate. They're down to earth GREAT people and I enjoyed working with them immensely. Once my offer was accepted they walked me through the process and were available for any questions I had (and I had a lot!). They even had great recommendations on inspectors, GCs, and maintenance people. Thank you so much Jenni and Ryan! I wouldn't be here without you and can't believe how happy we are three years later (my home dreams came true with your amazing help and encouragement).

Ryan and Jenni Craig provided exceptional professionalism in the listing and sale of this property. Their marketing strategy and MLS listing exceeded expectations. The presentation package was a Wow, in my opinion, and multiple offers were received on the property. I have moved multiple times in my business career and highly recommend Ryan and Jenni.

We have no regrets about choosing Ryan and Jenni to help sell our house. They helped us determine what was important to prepare our house before listing in this market and what wasn't (and helped us find a contractor who could help ASAP). They know the market very well, advised on the right listing price, and their photographer took AMAZING pictures and drone footage. They helped us negotiate multiple over asking offers received and our house was under contract only two days after the first showing!! They are very professional and helpful and answered our questions throughout the process (and some even after the sale). We highly recommend Ryan and Jenni - they are a great team and we are so glad we worked with them!

Ryan and Jenni helped myself and significant other sell my condo and guided us in purchasing our forever home in Traverse City. We really relied on them to give us the best advice to make sure we were successful in securing our home in a multiple offer situation. Once that offer was accepted, my condo was listed within a week and we had an accepted offer in 4 days! We are so relieved this process went as seamlessly as possible, especially during Covid and in this crazy TC market. Thanks again, Ryan and Jenni!
