Jerry was an incredible partner throughout our entire home-buying process. From day one, he made everything feel smooth and manageable. He connected us with trusted professionals—including a mortgage lender, title company, and inspector—and we actually ended up using his recommended lender because they offered the best deal out of the five we compared. We used the title company and inspector as well who both did great. Jerry communicated our needs clearly with the seller, helped us secure important inspection repairs, and negotiated key items like closing costs and even getting the washer and dryer included. His attention to detail and advocacy made a huge difference. What truly set Jerry apart was his support after closing. Even when he had no obligation to be involved, he continued assisting us—coordinating with the builder on warranty issues and answering all our questions long after the keys were handed over. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. We’re so grateful for everything he did! Highly recommend Jerry to anyone looking for a fantastic real estate agent!! Jerry from Ruby Poole has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Personal, non-intrusive service throughout the whole process, from viewings to closing. I had the pleasure of working with Ruby Poole to buy my first home and I can’t recommend her highly enough! As a first time homeowner I had a lot of questions and concerns and Ruby was there to support me every step of the way. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market, patient in addressing all of my concerns and was always available when I needed help. I had only six weeks to relocate my entire family across the country so that my daughter could start her new school on time. Ruby not only helped me to find the perfect house but she made sure to keep things moving so we could close on time. As you can imagine this was a very stressful time. I am so grateful that we had Ruby to help us get through this challenging time.

Bradley is th first real estate agent I've ever work with and he is the best. If I ever plan to buy another house or sell my house I'd want to work with him again. I would recommend him to anyone that I know that want to buy a house. He is a great help and a great guy overall; very friendly, easy to work with, great communicator and most importantly he did his best to help us in the process and made it easy.

We loved working with Brad and he immediately understood our family's needs and location preferences. He helped us through some tough negotiations--we all learned along the way! I would recommend him for those looking in Bentonville because he has lived and worked there for 30+ years.
