I have had the please of working with Ruby for several years. She helped me close on my very 1st home in 2020 and just helped me with my 2nd one. She is kind, thoughtful and always willing to help assist you. Anytime I needed her or had questions she was there. I cant thank her and her team enough for the support and expertise they provided to my family and I. I would recommend her again and again - 10 outta 10!!!

To sum it all up, Nicole was the perfect person to assist me in buying my first house. I jumped into this journey with little to no knowledge about the home buying process. On multiple occasions, she went above and beyond to provide me with added benefits that I never would have thought of. When any slight hiccup arose, she had already diagnosed and resolved the problem before I even had a chance to fully digest it. From the time we connected to my closing date, it was nothing but efficient communication and timely responsiveness. I appreciated all the connections she introduced me to such as loan officers and title companies. Without her, I would still be on the cusp of buying a house as opposed to already being a homeowner.

Nicole was outstanding to work with. Her recommendations on lenders/ appraiser agent and everyone she works with have really good synergy amongst them. I had no trouble at any step on closing on the house. It was just really a smooth process thank you for your time and effort in making sure we dont have to deal with any last minute panic
