I chose Roselyn as my realtor through a recommendation from a good friend who only had glowing comments about her experience and how she operated in the field of real estate. I can say I wasn’t let down. A caveat: I was very picky, and I think Roselin knew that after the first few home walkthroughs in my area. She helped me narrow down my search area, my price point, and ultimately, she became a trusted advisor to everything that led up to me closing on my first home. She’s a wonderful communicator and is extremely patient. I would trust no one else with my next sale and I hope to work with her again in the future.

Roselin is an amazing realtor and broker! My family and I were relocating from NY. Roselin made sure to go over every detail. She met with us when we flew down for 4 days to look at properties and found us our dream home! She negotiated wonderfully on our behalf. She is warm and welcoming as an agent, but aggressive when need be. I can not recommend Roselin enough for anyone looking to purchase a home.

Roselin made selling and buying a house such a breeze! She’s absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really care’s about her clients and response to every question, no matter how late it got. She was there responding every step of the way! My family and I were content with her professionalism and how knowledgeable she is with Real Estate. I will continue to Refer Roselin and her team to others. She wowed us! and from the very beginning told us to trust her and we are glad we did! Thank you for all that you did for us.

I was interested in purchasing a home in a particular area and I was shown by Roselin exactly what I was looking for. Always professional and informative. She works with you and makes sure that you understand when there is a situation. I would definitely recommend Roselin as a realtor to anyone is is looking to sell or buy property.
