Marie is the greatest real estate agent I have worked with in years. She was referred to us by our dear agent and she has exceeded all of our expectations. She is a hard worker that has your best interest in mind for long term happiness and affordability in finding your home. She is not about just selling you any home and leaving you to figure the rest out after. She is highly knowledgeable and efficient with staying up to date with regulations. She will give you her honest opinion. We came to her with no hopes of finding a home and Marie worked so hard that she found us a home that we love and never expected to be in. Marie is ALWAYS for the client first. I would whole heartedly recommend her to everyone and use her in the future.

5 stars isn't enough. She set expectations of honesty and transparency from the very first meeting and overcommunicated every step of the way. She delivered tough news and had hard conversations with us in the highest professional manner. She helped us navigate the sale of our home and she truly was spectacular to work with

I can’t say enough good things about working with Marie. From day one, she made the whole process of selling my home feel a lot less overwhelming. She was super easy to talk to, always quick to respond, and genuinely cared about getting the best result for me—not just making a sale. She gave really helpful advice on pricing and how to get the house ready, and thanks to her guidance, everything went smoothly. What stood out the most, though, was how supportive and calm she was through the entire process. I never felt like just another client—she was totally in my corner the whole time. I’m really grateful I got to work with her and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

Marie was an absolute pleasure to work with! This was our first time buying a home and I must say she made the whole process very smooth. Marie also will go to bat for her clients making sure they are getting a fair and equitable deal. If you ever need any real estate services I highly recommend Marie.

Marie represented us when we sold our St. Cloud home in 2024, and we were impressed with her as a seller’s agent. Some realtors are skilled at the business side of things, but lack integrity. Others have strong character, but don’t have the skills to move a sale forward in an effective manner. Marie is a rare combination of both—an insightful and educated realtor with a strong sense of integrity. That makes her trustworthy in terms of her honesty and ability to close a sale. Marie is quick to respond, thorough in her explanations, and will do the legwork to get the information needed to move things forward. We felt she was interested in selling for us rather than using our listing as an opportunity to network her own business like so many other realtors. And she never once acted as if our more-meager listing was any less important than the more expensive sales she regularly closes.
