Rosa was fantastic! She set up an entire day of home viewings for us with less than 24 hours’ notice and provided great insight throughout the process. She always responded quickly, represented our interests well, and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience working with Rosa. We loved that she pointed out areas of concern as we viewed houses given how easy it would be to miss important or expensive problems. It wasn't done in a negative way, but instead she just ensured we noticed. Given her experience, she could weigh in on the seriousness and was aware of mitigation possibilities. As we identified properties we wanted to see, Rosa was responsive in setting up the time and punctual in meeting us. Once we found the home we wanted to make an offer on, Rosa made helpful suggestions to make our offer more attractive than the existing offer the sellers had without sparking a bidding cycle. She responded quickly to our numerous questions as we were first time home buyers. Rosa did an outstanding job of letting us know what to expect and what the steps would be as we moved through the buying process. Her explanations were often better than those we got from our lender. I recommend Rosa highly for a great home buying experience.

Rosa was both very easy to work with and very professional. She is a native to Northern Arizona so her understanding/knowledge of the market is very high. We appreciated her flexibility in working with us as we are located down in the valley. She always went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Her communication is excellent and her responsiveness was always timely. We bought when the market was on fire! She helped us get a house during one of the most challenging times. All this just comes down to one thing: Do I recommend hiring Rosa with or without reservations? I recommend her without reservations.

Rosa went the distance for us . As a first time home buyer she made the experience very friendly , comfortable and left us with a peace of mind throughout the whole process. She worked very hard to find the right home for my family. I couldn't recommend her enough.
