Barbara helped sell my dad’s home. We worked with her remotely which on the surface seemed impossible. Not so with Barbara. Absolutely incredible experience with Barbara. She was exceptional from beginning to end. She anticipated what we needed before we even needed it. She kept us well informed along the way. She was forth coming and provided excellent guidance. She went above and beyond to ensure a quick and easy sale. I can’t recommended her strongly enough.

What's there to say? Barbara Baker made everything go perfectly. When we first met, she slowly walked our monster of a house, examining each feature. Sometimes, she'd stop and think, then continue. What she was doing, was first determining how to position the house to the best market ... what features to emphasize for the target buyer. And, that, she did. Her target price, we thought was seriously high-side, and she warned, we'd get offers right after listing. And we did. Indeed, the end-result was exactly what she predicted at the start ... she knew her market. Of special note was the house-presentation for the listing ... top-notch and impressive (we thought about buying our house!). But more importantly, when the going got a bit rough (buyer issues), she was quickly making phone calls, to get everything back on track. We were especially thankful for that. And finally, after-sale support was nice ... she found us another great agent for our next house! We can't say enough 'good' about Barbara's work ... very much recommended.
