Barbara did a wonderful job of finding us a home in Sedona. It's complicated enough to find a property the next town over; finding one across the country is an entirely different ballgame. Barbara's expertise was apparent from our first phone call, and her candid advice about the area and the market helped us to avoid a very risky property early on. When my wife and I visited Sedona again a year later, Barbara put together an attractive slate of homes to visit, and eventually we found the one for us--which Barbara happened to be listing. I had never worked directly with the seller's agent before, but Barbara was always thorough and fair. She walked us through the entire closing process from across the country, and her collection of contacts and resources for newcomers to Sedona has proven invaluable as well. I never imagined a distant purchase like this could run so smoothly, and the credit for that goes to Barbara. I'd gladly recommend her to anyone.

Barbara was AMAZING in selling my house. She priced it just right, and put a ton of work into making the listing and photos absolutely incredible. The house sold within a couple of days of listing, for full price, all-cash offer. That was due to her diligent preparation of the house and the listing. I would highly recommend her!

She was there every step of the way through all aspects of selling including bringing her team’s expertise in staging, use of professional photography and listing summary which expertly captured the essence of our home. Having only vacationed in Sedona a handful of times, we were searching for a second home, new to the area, and needed to make a thorough study of real estate agents. Barbara Baker of Barbara Baker Realty had the best reviews by far. Over the years we have bought and sold a considerable amount of property. I had always put more emphasis on who would represent us when selling a home. It wasn't until I met Barbara and saw her in action that I realized having the right agent when you're looking to buy a home is just as important—and if you don't know the local market, it's absolutely imperative! We hit it off from our very first meeting. We discussed our criteria, and because we needed to understand the lay of the land, Barb was quick to identify a curated list of properties and educate us on the various local areas that met our needs. She did a superb job scheduling all the showings to maximize our time and make our visits incredibly effective. With her deep knowledge of the market and expert guidance, we were able to select the ideal house for us on a perfect piece of property for our four dogs. Managing a closing from a distance is often a challenge, but Barbara orchestrated everything beautifully. Having her as our agent made closing this deal a cakewalk. Barbara did a fantastic job selling or home. She responded quickly to our initial call to get information about selling. She led us through the crazy process of selling a home, there is so much more required than just putting it up for sale. Barbara was available weekends, nights or, whenever we needed information or help. I would definitely recommend Barbara and her team for purchasing or selling your home.
