Barbara was fantastic to work with to find the perfect house for us in Sedona. We described what type of house we were looking for and Barbara found us a house better than our expectations. She is very knowledgeable about Sedona. Barbara is an excellent communicator and kept us updated throughout the whole process. After we closed on the house she provided us with a binder of all of our documents organized in one place.

Barbara was a fantastic representative of our property. My sisters and I inherited our mother's home and as out of state sellers, we were overwhelmed with clearing the property and preparing it for sale. From the first phone call, Barbara proved her value by connecting us to professionals who could assist us with all parts required to make the home presentable long before she ever talked about representing the property. Once we hit the market, Barbara was very communicative about interest, showings, and offers. She successfully helped us navigate several tricky offers and gave us honest and fair advice. Barbara was careful not to overpromise and her read on the market was very accurate. We appreciated we got to work directly with Barbara and weren't shuffled off to another representative, and always found her extremely communicative. Five stars!

Barbara is a go-getter and was highly effective in negotiating fairly for us with the buyers' agent. She also reached out to us frequently with updates. We highly recommend working with her! When our house didn't sell within the first couple of weeks, Barbara consulted with us and we all agreed to lower the price to be more competitive. Quite soon after, she presented to us three buyers in a multiple offer situation. She patiently explained the parameters of each offer, helping us to understand the motivations of each party. We were immediately drawn to the buyers that had invested their time in making several visits to the house as part of their decision-making process. These buyers truly appeared to have formed an emotional bond with our home, which personally, was reassuring. Even though there was a small contingency on their part, we were very confident in their desire to close the sale. We also were very pleased to have a short escrow period that allowed us to move forward with our own needs and goals.
