Having only vacationed in Sedona a handful of times, we were searching for a second home, new to the area, and needed to make a thorough study of real estate agents. Barbara Baker of Barbara Baker Realty had the best reviews by far. Over the years we have bought and sold a considerable amount of property. I had always put more emphasis on who would represent us when selling a home. It wasn't until I met Barbara and saw her in action that I realized having the right agent when you're looking to buy a home is just as important—and if you don't know the local market, it's absolutely imperative! We hit it off from our very first meeting. We discussed our criteria, and because we needed to understand the lay of the land, Barb was quick to identify a curated list of properties and educate us on the various local areas that met our needs. She did a superb job scheduling all the showings to maximize our time and make our visits incredibly effective. With her deep knowledge of the market and expert guidance, we were able to select the ideal house for us on a perfect piece of property for our four dogs. Managing a closing from a distance is often a challenge, but Barbara orchestrated everything beautifully. Having her as our agent made closing this deal a cakewalk. In all the homes we have purchased or sold in the last fifty years, we had never had an agent present us after closing with a comprehensive binder containing all the contractual information associated with the purchase.This is a testament to Barbara's unparalleled level of professionalism and dedication. Barbara did a fantastic job selling or home. She responded quickly to our initial call to get information about selling. She led us through the crazy process of selling a home, there is so much more required than just putting it up for sale. Barbara was available weekends, nights or, whenever we needed information or help. I would definitely recommend Barbara and her team for purchasing or selling your home.

we are so lucky and grateful to have found Barbara! her attention to all real estate details and knowledge of Sedona homes is amazing, she doesn't miss a thing- and made sure that we didn't either. we always wanted to retire in Sedona and Barbara made our dream into a reality! now we have a beautiful home in the neighborhood we wanted, with the views we wanted, near the trails we wanted-- we couldn't have done it without her- thank you so much Barbara! <3

Barbara is an excellent agent. Prior to selecting her as my realtor, I noticed the skill and expertise she demonstrated in selling other properties in my area. I then chose to be the recipient of that skill and expertise for the sale of my own property. She proved to have deep knowledge and experience of the Sedona market, knew how to position and stage a property for maximum benefit, was personable and reliable, and worked diligently and in a timely fashion throughout the sale process from listing to closing.
