She was knowledgeable & enthusiastic, professional & always reachable, which was very important to me since we coordinated this entire sale remotely. We worked with Heidi on the purchase of both unimproved property and a single family home. Heidi's knowledge, professionalism and organizational skills are clearly head and shoulders above her peers. While we didn't purchase the property, we did purchase the single family home, and Heidi was on top of things throughout the process. She was quick to respond to our questions, provided advice and direction as necessary, and worked with us as a partner in the transaction. In fact, she saved us a considerable amount of money when it came to the offer process, as we were ready to offer well above the listing price and she more or less "talked us down", resulting in an accepted offer at tens of thousands less than what we were willing to pay. We highly recommend Heidi and her team, and should we ever have a need to buy or sell real estate in her area, will definitely engage her services without hesitation. Thanks, Heidi!

Wonderful to work with! Friendly, personable, knowledgeable of the Flagstaff area and a great sense of humor. We have found most realtors to be untrustworthy and more like used car salesmen. Heidi is someone we would recommend to our family and closest friends. Make sure you call this realtor first.
