Working with Tom and Erika Garrow was a wonderful experience. Our house was on the market longer than we expected, but they remained encouraging and supportive throughout the entire process. Rick was the consummate professional in assisting my sisters and I as we navigated selling the home of our late brother. Rick's deep connections within the community were pivotal to helping us navigate the labyrinth of decisions we had to make and the updates to the home that we needed to orchestrate before listing the home. My husband and I have worked with a lot of different realtors throughout the years. Karen is without a doubt the best realtor we've ever had the pleasure of working with. Her knowledge of the Sedona area is unparalleled. She was able to provide us detailed insights into the neighborhoods, potential issues, traffic patterns, etc. Aside from her incredible wealth of knowledge, she is kind, friendly and laid back(but aggressively negotiated on our behalf). We never felt pressured to "jump" on a property and she always allowed us plenty of time to think, ask questions and revisit properties that we were interested in. She found us our dream property and we were able to get it at a great price with a smooth transaction. Highly recommended!
